About the space
The Pav is an integrated co-working, community and sustainable mobility hub on the seafront in Tramore designed to address isolation in remote work, gaps in community infrastructure, and barriers to low-carbon transport.
It combines (1) a shared workspace, (2) community programming, and (3) e-bike mobility in a single place-based model.
It is located in a repurposed retail unit overlooking Tramore beach, with glass frontage and flexible internal layout designed for multiple uses. During the day it operates as a co-working space for remote workers, with on-demand desk hire at affordable and inclusive price points. It incorporates an innovative retro-fit to include private phone pods, a small meeting room, and kitchen facilities to support day-to-day work.
Circular practices and materials have been adopted throughout, along with biophilic design to promote mental health and productivity.
Outside core working hours, the space transitions into a community hub for workshops, wellness activities, and events delivered by independent facilitators. This flexible use maximises underutilised retail space and supports year-round community activity in an area traditionally shaped by seasonal tourism.
A mobility layer is provided through an e-bike rental and lease-to-own service in partnership with Renew Enterprises, offering accessible, low-barrier options for local travel and commuting, including short-term trials to support behaviour change.

With rental options from one day up to two full years, try it out just for the weekend, your daily commute or take it for the foreseeable future. Shorter term hires also available, e.g. half day or a couple of hours. Send us a message or drop in to find out more.
We recommend booking in advance, to secure your bike and to save you from completing a form on collection. ID and refundable deposit required. Helmet, lock, charger and high vis provided.
